INTRODUCTION
A kitchen utensil is a small hand-held tool used in the preparation of food. Cutting food
to size, heating food over an open fire or on a stove, baking, grinding, mixing, blending,
and measuring are all common kitchen tasks; different utensils are designed for each
task. A general purpose utensil, such as a chef's knife, can be used for a variety of
foods; other kitchen utensils, such as an egg separator or an apple corer, are highly
specialised and can only be used in connection with the preparation of a specific type
of food. When an operation must be repeated several times or when the cook has
limited dexterity or mobility, specialised utensils are used. The number of utensils in a
typical household kitchen varies.

CONCLUSION
As we can see, both buying and renting commercial kitchen equipment have their
benefits and drawbacks, and budget is essentially the most important factor when
making a choice. However, both options promote a relaxed attitude that can help you
host a catering event without sacrificing quality or level of service. If you're going to
start a restaurant, you'll have to take on a lot of responsibility and give it a lot of thought.
You'll also need to be very patient and do a lot of research to manage and maximise
your budget.
