in the organization. My sincere gratitude to Mr. Bishow dev Dhungel, Food and beverage and
sales Manager for giving me a chance to do my internship in the food and beverage
department of this organization, Hotel the Kingsbury. I am thankful to Mr Bhuwan Goutam –
f and b executive and Mr Rupesh Ganesh – Senior Supervisor for devoting time from their
busy schedule and explaining how work is being done in F and B assigning me with various
tasks during these 1 year of internship period. I would also like to extend special thanks to the
entire staff for their full co-operation, guidance and support during my internship. Lastly, I
would like to thank Mr. Girish Dhungel and Mr. Prajwal Rajbhandari, Program Coordinator
of Himalayan Whitehouse international college for their valuable Instructions and Guidance
