APPOINTMENT TO ACCESS YOUR VEHICLE
PLEASE CALL THE SAN ANTONIO VEHICLE IMPOUND FACILITY AT 210-881-8440 TO SCHEDULE YOUR
APPOINTMENT
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED
APPOINTMENT
Your vehicle is stored at the vehicle storage facility (VSF) listed above. In order for your vehicle to be released,
you must pay all of the associated towing, storage, and related fees. To determine the total amount of
accumulated fees, please contact the VSF directly. Fees listed reflect storage charges at this point in time. In
order to retrieve your vehicle, you must possess and present a valid U.S. or State Government-issued photo
identification and a current vehicle registration card and evidence of title. If you are claiming the vehicle on
behalf of the licensed owner, you must possess and provide the following:
- A notarized VSF form
- A handwritten notarized letter of authorization to claim the vehicle on behalf of the registered owner. Must
have the following on the letter.
- Register Owner name
- Full Vin
- Year/ Make/ Model
- Who they are releasing the vehicle to.
- A valid U.S. or State Government-issued photo identification.
- Insurance on the vehicle to be able to drive out.
If you do not have a valid drivers license or the vehicle does not have current inusrance, your vehicle will need
to be towed out. The tow service driver will need to be present at the time of payment.
If the vehicle registration is expired, you will need to provide the title with a valid drivers license or government
issued ID.
In order to remove the vehicle from the storage facility, you must possess a valid driver license or be
accompanied by someone who does.

service center at 2451 S. Belmont Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46221 during our new temporary hours of Mon-Fri,
8:00am to 8:00pm and Sat-Sun, 9:30am to 6:00pm. After hours payments can be made online through our
website.
