The study's goal was to assess the problems of sustaining the home country's corporate culture in Bangladesh

and India, as well as the influence on employee performance. These difficulties have a substantial impact on
organizational performance, attracting the attention of numerous scholars for further investigation. In this study,
researchers analyzed the corporate cultures of Bangladesh and India, as well as how this neighboring nation
might improve its corporate culture via mutual corporation. However, when looking for an appropriate location
for the research issue, a very limited number of studies on the obstacles of sustaining the home country's
corporate culture and investigating workers' assumptions about applying home country corporate culture in
Bangladesh and India were found. This study was prompted by the need to undertake an analysis on the chosen
research subject in order to fill a research vacuum in this area, with the goal of evaluating essential components
of corporate culture in Bangladesh and India. Specific research goals and questions were suggested in
accordance with the main aim of the study outlined in the preceding section.
