ABSTRACT

This report is the outcome of the study conducted on the topic A STUDY ON ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE with Special Reference to PANKAJA

MILLS,COIMBATORE. The main objective of this project is to assess the existing culture of the organization.

The study has been conducted in the area of Human Resource. The purpose of the survey process is to provide a more accurate assessment of the existing culture from the employees point-of-view.

The research design adopted for this study is DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH. Primary data is used for the study. . The primary data was collected by survey method through structured questionnaire with close ended questions.

Analysis is done through Simple Percentage analysis, Chi-square test etc., are the methods used to derive the appropriate statistics on opinion of the employees.

The study about the organizational culture reveals that the workers were dissatisfied with their, co-operation, team work, involvement, supervisors, utilization of their skills and rewards etc. They are dissatisfied with the current culture of PANKAJA MILLS.
