Ingingo ya 2: Ibisobanuro by’amagambo Article 2: Definitions of Terms

NB:

- If a driver commits three or more of offences in the above annex in the same year, the Regulatory Authority shall suspend his/her
vocational Card for three (3) years;
- If a driver after 3 suspensions of his or her vocational card for the above mentioned offences, the Regulatory Authority shall revoke his or
her vocational card;
- However if a driver commits the same offense provided in 15 and 16 of the above annex for the second time, the Regulatory Authority
shall revoke his/her vocational Card;
- Any revoked Vocational Card cannot be re-activated.
