Nurse : I ners Avira from the Sakura Room of Awal Bros Hospital. I want to report On the
condition of patient named Mr. Ari aged 42 years, the date of admission 7 Desember
2022 has been 2 days of treatment, complaining of shortness of breath and chest
pain, medical diagnosis : Heart attack. His pulse is 124 x/minute and Blood
pressure
is 100/58 mmHg. He is restless and experiencing rapid,shallow breathing.

Doctor : Yes nurse , are there any other complaints?

Nurse : Mr.Ari had a heart attack two weeks ago and was admitted 2 days ago for observation
due to new complaints of chest pain. I have done O2 per NC as per standing order
and
breathing exercise therapy.

Doctor : What do you think about this patient’s problem ?

Nurse : Given his history, I am concerned he may be experiencing a new cardiac event. How
would you like me to procces with this Mr.Ari?

Doctor : Well, please continue breathing exercise therapy,nurse. Also give anticoagulant
drugs to reduce chest pain and order for an EKG.

Nurse : Ok doctor,I repeat the doctor’s recommendation. Breathing exercises continue ,give
parenteral anticoagulant drugs to reduce chest pain,and order for an EKG and for you
to assess him immediately. Do you agree ?
