II. PLAN AND SUGGESTION FOR THE YEAR 2023

1. Acknowledge Pay slip before payroll, Securely Distribute Payslip (email)


2. UPS for Dialysis Machine
3. Removal of insulator install on windows to provide adequate natural lightning and
ambiance in the treatment area in replacement of additional air conditioning unit.
 Aircon Cleaning Quarterly
4. Semi- Annual PMS of reverse osmosis from reputable company as per DOH
Guidelines and to avoid possible breakdown,
 Adequate ventilation on R.O. area
 Re- bedding of R.O Multimedia every 2 years
 Install 3 micron or 1 Multimedia filter for source water before entering
source tank to avoid the membrane to be easily damaged. Micron filters
should be replace every first Sunday of the month during disinfection-
DONE (Multimedia)
 Replace R.O Membrane every 6 months or TDS> 10ppm
 Install 1 Ultra filter before loop
 Replace UV light on 3rd floor new and old bldg. yearly

5. Replacement of Wear and tear part every PMS


 Pre-mix Bicarbonate and Acid concentration (ACO1 and BCO1)
 Change Citric Acid- DONE (HEMOPLUS)
 Proper Training for Dialysis Technician (Post Graduate Course)

7. As nurses hold their time for personal purposes during their on-call schedule, half
of the 8-hour salary on their scheduled on- call duty must be added to their
payroll.
8. Accept new trainees and continuously hire staff to prevent understaffing due to
staff transition. Maintain staff, Nurses: 8-9 Technician:3, Hospital Attendant: 2
 Keep pace with the salary of dialysis staff to avoid pirate staffing, suggest
a 5-10 percent salary increase yearly with excellent evaluation from
dialysis staff.
 Free RT- PCR to all dialysis staff once they tested positive to antigen test
 Additional Health Benefit: HMO
 Incentive to all dialysis staff if they meet their dialysis treatment quota per
month
 Increase on call rate to P1,000 per nurse (Implemented)
 Paid Quarantine leave due to exposure to COVID-19 patients
 Free trainings and seminars especially ACLS/BLS for all dialysis staff as
per DOH requirements for LTO renewal
