Terms and conditions:

 Call rates for Limited plan: 50p/min, there will be 2 call lags in case of an outbound call and 1
call lag in case of an inbound call, not applicable for Unlimited category plan.
 One-time Refundable security deposit-INR 10000 against the voice usage, to be waived off in
case of quarterly advance payment
 Payment Monthly advance.
 One-time setup cost to be paid in advance.
 Govt taxes extra.

Architecture Description:
 Ameyo components i.e. APP, DB and call server hosted at Ameyo Data centre.
 Agents will login on Ameyo application over Internet and handle the call over PSTN.
 For each call, two legs will be generated from Ameyo call server for domestic calls.
 There will be two different UIs for domestic and International setups.
 All infrastructure including hardware and software will be owned and managed by Ameyo.
 Hard phone or soft phone will be required to take the calls.

The bandwidth requirement breakup is as follows

 For Agent UI: 190 Kbps
 For Supervisor UI: 270 Kbps (dashboard, reporting, monitoring, snoop barge, lead
management etc.)
