Despite repeated reminders, no action has been taken 0 far for rectification of defects. 3. Similarly, IRFP installed in BOP Kumari & Bomberia of 08 Bn BSF under SHO BSF Krishnanagar (provisional handingjtaking of BOPs done on 14.02.22) got defective. Troops are facing acute problems due to contaminated water at said BOPs. 4. In addition to above, it is also brought to your kind notice that handingitaking over of Composite 8OP Tarali-| of 112 Bn BSF under Kolkata Sector could not be done on 25/05/2022 due to non-providing of electric connection and water supply at the aforementioned BOP. Besides, there are many observations such as cracks on wall, uprooting of black top from road inside the BOP. drainage problem arises in newly constructed BOPs which needs to be rectified by the CPWD. 5. _ Presently 42 Composite BOPs have been taken over as of now and number of observations raised by board of officers during handingjtaking of BOPs. CPWD has been apprised of the observations with request to rectify the same at the earliest but in many cases, rectiications yet to be done. 6 Therefore, you are requested to direct the concemed quarter to rectify the shortcomings / defects as soon as possible, so that formal handing / taking of said Composite BOPs could be done. 7.
