Bonding Slurry and Anti-Corrosive Coating
As an anti-corrosion coating,
depending on method of application, 2.0 kg/m2 for 2 coats.
Steel : surfaces must be clean and free from all of grease and oil, rust and mill
scale.
Mixing Shake Components A and B vigorously before opening. Pour both liquids into a
suitable mixing pan and mix for 30 seconds. Add Component C slowly while
continuing to stir the mixture. Mix mechanically for 3 minutes, using a slow-speed
electric stirrer (250 rpm) in order to entrain as little air as possible. Leave to stand
for 5 – 10 minutes, until the mixture exhibits a brushable, low dripping consistency

Construction
Cleaning Use water to remove uncured material from tools and mixing equipment. Once
cured, SikaTop-Armatec 110 EpoCem can only be removed mechanically

Handling Precautions ■ Avoid contact with skin and eyes
■ Wear protective gloves and eye protection during work
■ If skin contact occurs, wash skin thoroughly
■ If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with warm water and seek medical attention
without delay
