The Sports fest is an annual activity of PPO to encourage fellow organization involvement in sports after a hectic
SPLE Examination and promote sportsmanship, camaraderie and physical fitness.
ARTICLE 4: Protest
1. Note that only Non –Technical Protest are allowed before the game to be settled by the team and Committee such as
the height, composition of the team players and qualification as mentioned in Art. 1 & 2A and this must be filed by
the head coach/acting coach or President. Any non- technical protest and settled between the Committee and Head
Coach/President of both team is final and executory.
2. After the game, only Technical Protest is allowed if signed by the team’s coach, acting coach or
President/Founder. Team are given one (1) hour right after the game to file a written protest to
the Committee. If none, after an hour this will be considered illegitimate protest.
On the event the protest is legitimate and valid under the House Rules, the committee will award the win to the
agrieved team.
3. Once technical and non-technical protest is received by the Committee, team should observe silence while protest is
in discussion by the Committee. The Coach/President are allowed only to talk to the Committee.
4. Verbal protest or complain is not allowed.
3. Serious unsportsmanlike behavior such as fighting during the game and outside the game between players is
considered a game default and players involved will be banned.
Schedule:
1. Notification of Scheduled Game will be given in advance and announce thru Facebook, viber, email to the
President/Founder, Coach or Acting Coach or necessary notification media.
ARTICLE 6: Uniform
1. At least one (1) Team’s Uniform must be properly wore with presentable color and design on or
before Semi-final game. The uniform consist of Jersey shirt and short pants and to be inserted during the game.
2. If still no proper uniform during the Semi-final game for the players who played in the game, there should be a two (2)
points in favor to the team or free throw plus ball position in favor to the team with complete uniform. If both teams
have no complete uniform during the game no points to be considered.
ARTICLE 7: Committees
1. The Committees are composed of Executive Committee, Committee members and or table officials.
A. Executive Committee:
A1. Chairman and or Vice Chairman (if Chairman is absent during the event) of PPO Sports fest
B. Members:
B1.Committee of the sports category
B2. Head of Referee during the game and the Commissioner of the Venue.
C. Table official (composed of table officials and at least one member of the team who did not play the game).
D. Technical or non-technical protest/complain to be settled by the Committee in accordance to General House Rules.
ARTICLE 8: Penalty, Avoidance of Derogatory Remarks in Social Media & Special Meeting
Penalty:
1. If Committee and or team noticed a serious violation in the Articles of the House Rules and ethical standard of
professionalism including posting of derogatory remarks in Social Media against the Committee, Team should be
warned in writing. Warning should be signed by the complainant team/s and signed by the Committee Chairman.
2. If over two (2) warnings or frequent serious violation is committed by the players or the team, the player or team
will not be allowed to play the tournament or next.
3. Any other penalty shall be brought out by the Committee agreed by concerned team during special meeting and to
be informed the other participating team before their scheduled game.
Avoidance of Derogatory Remarks in Social Media
4. Losing team especially team Officials should avoid posting Bad or Derogatory Comments in the social media against
any Committee regarding protest and complains. This should be properly address professionally.
Elimination Round
To be played on three (3) Fridays.
Each team in a group will play each other.
Two (2) Top team in Elimination Round in Group A and B will advance to Semi-finals and waiting for
opponent in the fourth Friday.
Top no. 3, 4, 5 & 6 in Elimination Round will play for quarter finals in the fourth day.
Top no. 7, 8, and 9 in Elimination round will not advance to quarter-finals and their place will depend
on points system.

Quarter-Finals
To be played on fourth Friday.
The two (2) winners on Quarter-finals will play on Semi-finals on same day versus the Top 2 in
Elimination Round.
The two (2) quarter-finals losers is considered 5 or 6 place depending on points system.

To be played on fourth Friday.
Games in Semi-finals are as follows:
Top 1 vs Winner of Quarter-Finals 1 game

Two (2) Winners of semi-finals will advance to Championship/Final game on Fifth Friday while losers
to be declared 3 or 4 place depending on points.

Finals
Winner on the finals on 5 day is declared Champion.

b. In case of tie, it is win over the other. If triple tie, quadruple tie, and soon the points system will apply.
Ex. For Triple tie where Team A, B and C have similar standing.
Previous Game of Team A have difference of 2 points
Previous Game of Team B have difference of 5 points
Previous Game of Team C have difference of 7 points
Conclusion: Team A will advance due to minimal difference of points.
c. Maximum number of players in a team is 20 but 12 players only can play during the game.
If found more than twelve (12) players inside the game, automatic deduction on the highest scorer
player in favor to the aggrieved team while game is in progress.

5. Table Tennis (Ping pong) – c/o Ar. Jeff (UAP) to prepare Schedule/Organize
Must play single and double.
At least two (2) members.
Each team to play in round robin.
Two (2) teams in the Best of three (3). Two wins is declared a winner for every game.
Three (3) Fridays for Elimination Round while last two (2) Fridays will be Semi-finals/finals.
Every player should bring her/his rocket or tools to use.
In case of tie, it is win over the other. If triple tie, quadruple tie, and soon the
points system will apply.
ARTICLE 10: Criteria for Best Muse/Miss PPO 2018, Uniform & Most Discipline
A. Best Muse/Miss PPO 2018
Scoring Criterial is Beauty (100%), Brains (100%), Uniform & Audience Impact (100%)
Scoring is averaging for these three categories. Highest Score is Miss PPO 2018 or the Best Muse
Each participants should have question and answer with the judges which is non-political however
it encourage judges to ask related to PPO, advocacy and appropriate professional questions.
Top 3 highest score is the winners for 1 , 2 and 3 place with Sash on Opening day of Sports fest

Miss PPO 2018 will receive Sash and Bouquet of flowers during opening and trophy during Oath taking
of Passers and will represent PPO in every calendared event.
If the Miss PPO is not available for legit reason in every PPO event, next winner will cover.
No insufficient offensive uniform to wear which is not acceptable to the rules in Kuwait.
Miss PPO 2018 will accumulate 7 points in Overall Team Standing.
Judges of this event are the Presidents of each team and Sponsor/s.

held at Subhan, Kuwait.
