    The undersigned forwards this letter to serve as the budget proposal for the baccalaureate mass 2022 amounting
    to P 16,900.00. The breakdown is as follows:

    Particulars Amount
    Stipend for Priest P 3,000.00
    Token of appreciation for church 2,000.00
    butlers, servers, and other personnel
    Flowers and other altar decorations 3,000.00
    Total: 8,000.00

    This costing has been prepared through the assistance of ESP Department. It is hereby acknowledged that when
    this proposal is approved, all the necessary attachments will be provided for usual accounting and auditing.
