ORIENTATION SEMINAR ON FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OF

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN

I. Rationale
 The Commission on Audit (COA) officially released in its website the much
awaited Handbook on the Financial Transactions of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in the
various local government units in the Philippines, pursuant to COA Circular No. 2020-003 dated
January 28, 2020. Due to the pandemic we are facing today, the COA cannot conduct face to
face orientation seminar about the said handbook. Therefore, our Municipal Accountant, Atty.
Loreto Doria, CPA is very much willing to conduct orientation seminar to the SK Chairperson,
SK Treasurer and Brgy. Treasurer to deeply more understand the guidelines;

II. Objectives
This activity aims to further explain and deeply understand the guidelines that are found
in the said handbook.
III. Participants
The participants of this activity are the SK Chairpersons, SK Treasurers and Brgy.
Treasurer of nineteen (19) barangays.

Contingency (10% x ₱35, 450.00) = ₱3,545.00
