PROVISIONS:

Our systematic well-planned proposal will provide our target customers satisfaction by having a
peaceful studying ambiance and a quality lounging place that has access to good food and drinks.
As reliable and prominent engineers, we make sure to produce and design nothing but the best
service to satisfy the needs of our customers. We will work closely with top-notch professionals
and individuals to monitor all of the components of the systems that will be utilized in the
construction of our proposed commercial building.

 PLUMBING SYSTEM
All plumbing fixtures and accessories shall be installed in strict accordance with
manufacturer's printed instructions. After installation is completed, the Contractor shall
thoroughly clean all plumbing fixtures and accessories. Surface of all fixtures and
accessories shall be free of stains, markings, scratches and debris. All parts of sanitary
installations shall suitably be adapted to each other so that the required performance is
achieved, safety in operations ensured and corrosion processes largely reduced. The
Contractor shall prepare installation, foundation, slot, and penetration drawings based
on the construction drawings and shall reconcile these with the Engineer's requirements.
High standard must be maintained throughout the period of the Construction. The
Contractor shall ensure that pipe works, equipment, etc. is mounted at the correct
height as shown on the plan.

 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
A well-designed electrical system will be designed by licensed electrical engineer to
deliver an adequate voltage and power output for each device, while including
protection measures against all types of electrical faults. The engineer should guarantee
code compliance, ensuring a quick project approval. To minimize fire risks, electrical
installations should be designed according to the National Electrical Code (NEC). Also,
the components specified should have certification marks for safety purposes.

 MECHANICAL SYSTEM
Assigned Mechanical engineer will evaluate the proposed heating design, plumbing,
noise, fire protection, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) reduction
for structures. The proposed mechanical system should “fit” the building’s functional use
patterns, or architectural program, as it is often referred to during the architectural
design phase of the building. Systems, or parts thereof, should operate only as needed.
On the other hand, modern numerical and analytical methods shall be employed by
architectural engineers to predict thermal behavior and evaluate operational mechanical
system characteristics to enhance (reduce) overall energy consumption depending the
needs for space use. In addition, there must be ample space for installation of ducts,
pipes, and terminal units to the other systems involving ceiling space and shafts. There
must be space for future modifications too that are certain to occur, and for
maintenance access to equipment and controls. The mechanical system should operate
for many years, any components bound to fail must be replaced.
 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM
System designer should ensure the proposed fire protection system shall conform to the
standard provided by the Fire code of the Philippines (R.A. 9514). Completeness of the
emergency exit systems, fire detection and alarm system, fire resistance and suppression
system shall be observed and maintained by the system designer and the contractor. This
is to reduce the risk factor of an unprecedented danger and to save lives by giving the
victims an ample amount of time to escape conveniently out of the premise with less
panic, shock and possibly no injuries.

 ELECTRONICS SYSTEM
To offer an adequate and safe electrical distribution throughout the building, the
electrical and safety engineers will evaluate and examine the electronic circuit,
conductive wires, and electrical paths that are installed.
