I’m LiHua. UpIifting news comes that our school is to hold a long-awaited sports
meeting. I, with a knowledge that you have a great passion for Chinese culture,
am writing with sincerity to invite you to come to join this visual feast.

Aiming to get students exposed to campus culture as well as add to the

wonderfulness of their campus life, the thrilling sports meeting is approaching as
planned, which will last one week. And the opening ceremony will be held on
Sunday afternoon, lasting approximately two hours, the venue of which is our
school’s newly-built playground and it provides fertile ground for students and
teachers to show their vigor. As we know, the opening ceremony features a
fascinating variety of events, ranging from dragon-and-lion dancing and Chinese
Wushu performances, which is bound to become the highlight of the marvelous
sports meeting. I’m fully convinced that you will enjoy every minute and
simultaneously broaden your horizons during this charming ceremony.
