THE COMPANY

TSP Marine Industries is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of
the Philippines. Established primarily to catch and sell fish for domestic and
international markets, TSPMI aims to play an active role in the growth and
development of the Fishing Industry in the Philippines. Ultimately, TSPMI vision is to
be the leading, most respected, and most sustainable supplier of quality fish not
only in SOCKSARGEN area but also in the Philippines.

THE OPERATIONS

TSPMI successfully entered in the fishing industry in January 1991and started its
operations with just one (1) set of fishing vessels. Backed by an aggressive
management, highly skilled technical team with incomparable skills and experience
in the deep-sea fishing, TSPMI today has become one of the fastest growing fishing
industry in the region. It now operates at least 20 fishing boats with an average fish
catch of 50 MT per day.

Strategically located, TSPMI draws its catch from Philippine and neighboring waters
such as the tuna-rich Independent State of Papua New Guinea. Our environment
friendly catchers bring our harvest right to the General Santos City Fish Port
Complex, the biggest and an international standard fish port facility in the
Philippines, thus allowing us for faster unloading of fish and ensuring freshness and
quality fish catch.
