LOOCUST INCORP Apparel Except private limited is a private incorporated on
16december 2015. It is classified as Non – govt company and is registered at Registrar of
companies, Coimbatore . Its authorized share capital is Rs. 65,000,000 and its paid up capital is
Rs. 64,500,000.

LOOCUST INCORP., would like to introduce ourselves as a well established


export oriented manufacturing industry and to emphasize our company’s role in the supply of
quality knitted and woven garments and apparel products form India.

LOOCUST INCORP., is highly enhanced and has evolved as an except oriented


industry and they commenced the operations since 2002 by manufacturing and exporting
garments for export market. Our Garments resides in 28,000 sq. ft working with well
maintained area and with annual turn over 18 cores.

LOOCUST INCORP Apparel Export was incorporated on 16december, 2015. The


company has 2 directors and 1 reported key management personnel. The registered office of
the company is at 28/13M G R NAGAR FOURTH STREET, TIRUPUR, TAMILNADU. The total paid

Performance Appraisal
In order to improve performance on-the-job training / off-the-job, performance improvement trainings
are given. They help to improve potentiality and resources, to meet future needs of the organization
also. In order to know training needs, performance appraisal is done by reporting officer manually and
analysed. The analysis identifies the workers who need training then the training programs are
organised. After completion of training the concerned department head observes the worker, and gives
the feedback after 3 months and not less than 6 months. After the evaluation the Head-Corporate HRD
will initiate them for retaining if needed.

TIRUPPUR Arunachalam Shanmugasundaram who were appointed on 16 December, 2015. They

CHECKING DEPARTMENT

QC have to check the buyer comments before establish fusing with the approved counter garment. QC
should be check color fasteners and print durability report before start bulk production. QC has to check
fusing quality and placement should be compare with the buyer approved spec and counter sample
only. QC will not allow any temperature, timing variation and print slanting, wrong placement etc. QC
has to check see – through visibility if any light color garment with dark color print. Need to check M/C
temperature through thermal stripes & keep records.

 Before the production start QC have to check all reports like fabric inspection report 4point
system , lab report m GMS & Shade cutting ,size set report, cut parts reports and pringing, emp
fastness reports and study the buyer approved counter garments and comments given.
 Fabric shade QCS have to compare always with original counter sample only .
 Any emp/print QCS have to compare with original counter sample only.
 To check the MMT with buyer MMT chart properly QCS have to check in finally amended MMT
chart.
 To check all accessories like thread, all labels W/card instructions composition, buyer order
number etc, with buyer order sheet and approval from merchandisers.
 For any basic style neck stretch is very important to take care in neck stretch to should be
always in + not in minus.
 After checked all the above points and size set comments QCS have to make pilot run 15pce
each size. After getting of the pilot run is found ok then start bulk production. After that QCS
pilot inspection report to prepare as per AQL level II based on the production quantity.
 When bulk production starts QCS 7 points system in line inspection.

SYSTEM PROCEDURE
 Quality inspector should randomly select 7 pieces from an individual operator during inline
control.
 Each defect scores one point in the report.
 As per our procedure, no defect point are allowed out of 7 pieces.
 Auditor checked all selected 7 pieces in one time , and records the observation in line defect
control report .
 If any defects found out of 7 pieces , the inline audit was failed and auditor explain he defects
part with operator. After the corrective action made, the auditor randomly select 7 pieces again
from the same operator and make the observation.
 Once the nil defects achieved from an individual, the audit was passed and the operator do the
same work until in line audit. Pg.18

Duties of Production Manager

➢ The production management team (often consisting of a production manager and any number of
assistants) is responsible for co-ordinating the various sub-disciplines of any large theatrical
presentation, as well as overseeing the stage management team

CONCLUSION
The institutional Training is an essential academic requirement for all graduate students. The training
that I have under gone has helped me in fetching practical knowledge about overall functioning of the
