DCS ARCHITECTURE PLC AND DCS CONTROL DESIGN


▪ Work Principle

menggerakan konveyor 1 dan motor 2
untuk menggerakan konveyor 2 secara
sekuensial.
2. Sementara itu, DCS akan difungsikan untuk
membaca nilai sensor (load cell), nilai
kecepatan motor 1 dan nilai kecepatan
motor 2.
3. Apabila terjadi kesalahan, misalnya beban
pada konveyor 2 berlebihan atau
kecepatan pada motor 1 dan kecepatan
pada motor 2 tidak sesuai dengan yang
