By going through the given websites, it has been observed that these websites has given
some definition of the term and few examples as well. One website i.e. Linkedin has tried to
give meaning of business casual and has also given some examples in this regard. However,
the definition and examples are not comprehensive. By going through the given websites,
one cannot conclude and understand what the business casual is and which casual is for
which occasion. However, there are following few websites, which provide comprehensive
definition, examples and dos and don’ts.

Dear Sir,
I am very pleased to know that I am part of team whose instructor is a very learned and
dedicated person. I really, appreciate the way you guide us.
I am writing this to inform you that I have observed that some of our colleagues in the
university campus are not in a practice to wear proper attire or business casual and upon
pinpointing they insist on their point of view. Though majority of the colleagues wears good
business casual but a few create an atmosphere which is not viable and if allowed, would go
viral and others may be affected.
While studying I have come across the definition, examples and dos and don’ts of good
business casual and the impact of such casuals. I have also observed that my teachers and
staff here also try to maintain the quorum. Therefore, it is strange for me to find a few
students not observing good business casual. I know in Pakistan, for men pant shirts
(sometime with tie, coat), shoes and decent shalwar kameez are allowed. However, as a
matter of rule, if majority wears pant shirt and it is also made obligatory by the institution
then one must obey the rule.
In view, of the foregoing, I hope you being the best instructor and have persuasive power
would try to win over a few pupils who are not maintaining the quorum of the university.
