Steve Jobs

Is one of the most prosperous businesspeople in the world. He is a businessman, and

entrepreneur who cofounded "Apple," one of the biggest businesses in the world. He
was born and raised in San Francesco, California, United States (February 24, 1955 -
October 5, 2011). He served as the chairman and majority shareholder of Pixar, the co-
founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple, as well as the founder, chairman, and CEO of
NeXT. He also served as the chairman and majority shareholder of Pixar's parent
company, The Walt Disney Company. In addition to his early business colleague and
fellow Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, his contributions to the personal computer
revolution of the 1970s and 1980s are widely recognized.

To a Syrian father and a German-American mother. Soon after his birth, he was adopted.
Jobs enrolled at Reed College in 1972 but left the next year. To market Wozniak's Apple I
personal computer, he and Wozniak co-founded Apple in 1976. The creation and selling
of the Apple II, one of the earliest and most successful mass-produced microcomputers,
brought the pair acclaim and financial success a year later. In 1979, Jobs recognized the
economic potential of the mouse-driven, graphical user interface (GUI). Due to this, the
failed Apple Lisa was created in 1983, followed by the ground-breaking Macintosh, the
first mass-produced computer with a GUI, in 1984. With the arrival of the Apple
LaserWriter, the first laser printer to support vector graphics, the Macintosh
revolutionized the desktop publishing sector in 1985. After a protracted power struggle
with the company's board and then-CEO John Sculley, Jobs was forced out of Apple in
1985. Jobs founded NeXT, a computer platform development company that focused on
computers for higher-education and corporate industries, in the same year he left Apple
with a small group of Apple workers. Additionally, he contributed to the growth of the
visual effects business. The new business was called Pixar, which went on to make the
first 3D computer-animated feature picture, Toy Story (1995), and has since grown to be
a significant animation studio producing over 25 films.

After the business purchased NeXT in 1997, Jobs rejoined Apple as CEO. He played a
significant role in saving Apple from bankruptcy when it was close to it. The "Think
different" advertising campaign, the iMac, iPad, iPod, iPhone, iTunes, and the iTunes
Store where all the results of his tight collaboration with English designer Jony Ive to
create a range of products that had wider cultural implications. The first modern Unix-
based foundation for the operating system was introduced in 2001 with the replacement
of the original Mac OS with the entirely new Mac OS X.
Steve continues to work hard, while occasionally losing patience in his quest for the
breakthrough. Jobs underwent a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor in 2003, but he
recovered and worked hard on the project that changed the world. Steve Jobs unveils
the iPhone in 2007. This technology combined the cell phone, the iPod, and several
earlier ideas into one. Steve Jobs is renowned for his inventiveness, perseverance, and
creative creations. His attention to detail and perfectionist attitude made him the person
he was, despite the fact that he could occasionally be impatient with his coworkers. One
of his many assets was his rapid decision-making skills (Elliot 47). His lifelong, enduring
entrepreneurial abilities, which have made him well-known, may be traced back to his
early years.

People nowadays look up to Steve Jobs because he sold more than simply electronics
and computers. He essentially marketed the aspirations for the future, and giving users
better ways to address their problems is the secret to Jobs' success. not only that, This
prompted users to search for original and superior solutions as well. He specifically made
a pitch for Apple items here. The iPod is the best illustration of this. Everyone grappled
with the idea of digital music and the variety of collections before the 2001 release of the
iPod. Then, Apple later created a whole system called "1,000 tunes in your pocket"
specifically to cater to music fans.

Connecting with your employees is a great way of making them work harder and be
more passionate about the work. Like Steve Jobs himself, he was aware that he and his
team are nothing without each other. As a result, he hired people who shared his passion
for his line of work, he listened to the advice of his fellow team members, which made
the company one of the most successful companies in the world.

Finally, staying focused is one of the qualities required of a successful leader. Deeply
ingrained in Jobs' mentality he was a relentless, unwavering focus, which he maintained
throughout his life. Everything that he believed would potentially distract him in any way
was steadfastly screened out, and we often hear to "follow your passion." But if I'm
forced to be totally practical, it's not always a reasonable course of action. Everywhere
you go, you may find misguided youngsters with mistaken passions. You know, not
everyone "can" pursue their passions instead, gradually fall in love with what you do as
you watch it develop and fit into your life. Look at Steve Jobs, he had no real interest in
PCs or computers but had a strong will to pursue his dreams.
