Being the Minister of Education is my ideal.

Becoming the Minister of Education is one of my dreams, because by doing so, there are many
useful things I can do, especially in changing and advancing education in Indonesia to make it even
better.

Because, with the growth and improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia, it will have an
impact on several things, one of which is the increasing quality of human resources. So that by
increasing the quality of human resources in Indonesia, it will make this country much more
advanced.

Later when I was appointed Minister of Education of Indonesia there were many programs that I
made, especially programs that were useful for children in Indonesia, both in terms of facilities and
infrastructure and technology, especially schools. Schools located in remote areas of Indonesia.

I did this so that Indonesian students who were far away could compete with other students who
already had adequate technological facilities.

If one day I am appointed Minister of Education of Indonesia, I will make a free school program not
only up to high school level, but also up to university.

I did that so that all Indonesian children could get a much higher education, because today there are
so many Indonesian children who are very intelligent but cannot continue their education because of
economic factors.

In addition, I also hope that the Indonesian people can be more sensitive to the importance of
education to support success, both in career and in other lives.
