Calling out others on social media can be productive to show unacceptable behavior is not tolerated, but freedom of speech and a comfortable online environment are both important. While calling people out for bad actions, speech should not be restricted as that prevents holding people accountable for their words and actions. People should speak up if offended but censorship should be avoided.

1. Is calling out others on social media productive behaviour?
In my opinion, calling out others on social media can be productive because by calling out someone for something bad he/she did, you are showing others that that is not acceptable behaviour.
2. Which is more important, free speech or creating a comfortable environment online?
I think that both things are evenly important. If you take freedom of speech from someone, they can not express their honest opinion on topics and by doing that, you are kind of stopping them from calling people out for doing or saying bad things. 3. Should people speak up if they are offended?
