I would like to inform you about the following:

At 12:53 on 1 June 2022, I withdrew $127. 70 AUD at an atm at 18 Lê Thạch,

Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. From there, I walked to the sandwich shop at 3 Tạ Hiện,
Hàng Buồm, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội. I arrived at the sandwich shop at
approximately 13:10. On 1 June 2022, while I ate, I put my cellphone in my
daypack next to my debit card. I put the phone and the card in the zipped middle
compartment of my daypack. I’m quite sure that both the phone and the debit
card were in the pack. I finished my lunch at approximately 1:25 p.m. I then
walked back to my hotel at 93-95 Hàng Gai from Tạ Hiện, Đinh Liệt through the
roundabout, turning right into Lương Văn Can and left into Hàng Gai. When I
arrived at the hotel, I opened my backpack and realised my cellphone and my
debit card were missing. At 2.06pm on 1 June, 2022, I received a text from the
ANZ bank in Australia informing me that on 1 June a transaction of $6524.97
had been declined on my debit card account. I immediately texted back and said I
did not make the transaction. I then put my Australian SIM card into my spare
phone and discovered that two further withdrawals had been made as follows: 1)
$870 AUD was withdrawn under the name of Bảo Tín Đức Hùng, Hà Nội, Việt
Nam; 2) $3044.99 was withdrawn in the name of Bảo tín Đức Hùng, Hà Nội,
Việt Nam. I telephoned my bank in Australia and cancelled the card at
approximately 2pm and spoke to them for about 1 hour. They recommended that
I should make a police report. About 4:30 p.m, I arrived at the police station to
file a formal report. I do not know for certain whether I dropped or lost the card
and the cellphone or whether they were stolen. I’m asking the police to search for
my phone and to re-cover the two amounts of $870 AUD and $3044.99. My visa
