Brief introduction: origin and history of the game
From the Roman Empire!!! Initially, the game is the prerogative of working class. Traces of this are perceptible in common
language, namely in the verb achincalhar (i.e. ridicule, mock, demean, humiliate), derived from the jogo do chinquilho, a
traditional pastime of the less favored classes. From the point of view of the middle and upper classes, whoever lent
themselves to playing chinquilho in public, in the middle of the "population", lowered themselves, that is, " achincalhava-
se". In certain regions, the terrains and games of Chinquilho were and are consecrated to Our Lady of Chinquilho,
frequently invoked by players!

- To play, the partners place themselves, each one, at a headland of the field.
- Players alternatively try to overthrow the meco with their malha, by throwing them from the baseline.
- If the meco is overthrown the player earns 3 points. If it is not, the player that threw its malha the closest
