    Dear Atty. Cajes,

    Good Day!

    The local area network of the old BPH building, specifically the connection between
    the main switch located at the main entrance to the office occupied by the PGO –
    Beautification needs to be replaced. The cable will traverse the offices used by PAgri_ -
    Livelihood, and PDAO. The materials needed are already available as we have requested
    the concerned offices to provide them as our supplies have been depleted.

    In this connection, we would like to request assistance from your office in the
    installation of the said cable, preferably Mr. Anthony Oliver L. Libao, as he was the one who
    installed the connection from the main switch to your current office and did a good job in
    doing so.
