QUALITY OF AN EMPLOYEE

1. Hardworking
The harder you work, the more likely people are to hire you, and the more they will
be willing to pay you for your writing services. Freelance writing can often be
difficult and time-consuming, which means that having a strong work ethic is one
of the most important qualities that a writer can possess.
Not only that, it takes hard work to drum up clientele, meet client style guide
requirements and manage a freelancing lifestyle. Hard work is the name of the
game, though, and the best content writers have this quality through and through.

2. Detail-oriented
Successful freelance writers must be very detail-oriented, as SEO content writing
requires a high-quality end result. Even the smallest of mistakes, such as a
misspelled word or a missing comma, can make you look unprofessional and
inexperienced. As a result, freelancers must pay attention to minor details in order
to perfect their writing. Being detail-oriented is a quality of good writers the world
over.
The details really come into play when writing for clientele with very specific style
guide requirements. Whether it’s meeting formatting guidelines, citation guidelines,
hyperlinking guidelines, keyword recommendations or other, there can be a lot to
go through when trying to nail a brand’s voice and look in written text. You may

4. Humble
Although humility may not seem like it has much to do with writing, it has a lot to
do with improving yourself, no matter your occupation. As a freelancer, you need
to be able to accept feedback and direction for your work.
Humility really comes into play when you’re first starting out as a writer. Having the
patience to work your way up the freelance writing ladder leads to a writing career
with a lot of longevity.
On the other hand, even the most experienced and skilled writers have room to
improve, and being able to receive and apply advice will only increase the respect
that your clients have for you. Humility is an incredibly important quality of a good
writer!

5. Punctual
As a freelance writer, you will almost always be working on a deadline. This means
that if you can’t submit your customized content on time, your clients will hire
someone else who can.
Since most freelance writing jobs are done remotely, you are the master of your
own time. With no supervisor keeping you accountable for your schedule, it’s up
to you to master this quality of good writing. In order to be punctual, you’ll need to
have time-management skills so that you can plan out what tasks you’ll be able to
complete each day.

6. Professional
Successful freelance writers not only are professional but they also develop long-
term relationships with their clients. How can you do this? Meet them in person if
possible, ask for their opinions, provide them with leads and check in with them
even when they do not need any work from you.
If you work for a content creation company and don’t rub elbows with clients
directly, it’s still helpful to form strong relationships with the company managers.
Keep your communication professional and seek to slightly exceed expectations
and you’ll master this quality of good content writing.

7. Committed
Being a freelancer is not always easy. There will be times when you will want to
give up or when you think you are not good enough. However, if you stay
committed even when things get tough, you’ll become even better at what you do.

Understand that becoming a great freelance writer is the long play: there aren’t
shortcuts when it comes to quality writing. The harder you work and the more
experience you get along the way, the better you’ll become.

THE POLICEMEN & TALLE

Two other police constables dragged Talle up and whisked him out of the Hakimi's residence and
into the waiting police van. As they drove slowly towards Talle's house, the people, hitherto reluctant
to follow Talle to town, now willingly followed the police vehicles to Talle's house. Once there, the
policemen followed Talle into the house and shortly thereafter came out with a young boy of no more
than thirteen years old. Talle was already handcuffed. He was hoisted unto the waiting vehicle where
Zaki was and the boy sat in the front seat with the leading police officer who obviously was the IPO,
the Investigating Police Officer. The vehicles zoomed off and left Lafayette as hurriedly as they
entered. That was the last anybody in the community saw of Talle. There was arumour going on some
years later that he was sighted in the border town up north where smuggling thrived. This rumour
was however unconfirmed and it fizzled out as fast as it started. Of course the Hakimi reported that
the IPO sent a message detailing what happened in the Talle saga. Talle and his fellow conspirators
were sentenced to some years of imprisonment with hard labour for kidnapping and extortion. The
story the police told was intriguing in its simplicity. Talle was pressed for money and he went to town
on a weekend and he met Zaki. Zaki had a better idea. He told Talle that at the GRA, there was this
businessman friend of his who would always be seen driving with his son in his car. If they could
abduct the son, Zaki was sure the father would pay anything for ransom. Somehow the boy was
drugged and abducted and in the middle of the night they brought the boy to Talle's house in
Lafayette and kept him for one week before the police came and freed the boy. The boy's father had
been contacted and warned never to involve the police. The father reasoned that the kidnappers were
amateurs since their asking price was one million and later came down to two hundred and fifty
thousand naira. Zaki was arrested at the point of collecting the ransom. "Wow. That is some story,
mum." Omar said. "It appears to be a general admonition to all of us. Why do you say it is of particular
interest to me?" I smiled and said, "My son, you are like that young boy in the story. You are going to
the university. Do not trust anyone." "Surely, mum..." "I understand. Of course you will make friends
and all that. Just be careful. »

NOTE
You will deposit the security fee; which is a onetime payment to start working with
us which will be refunded back to you on successful completion of first assignment
but if you quit before completion of project then it will not be refunded. Refundable
security fee is just for the assurance that you will take the work seriously and
submit the work always on time whenever the work has been allotted to you as
work will be on regular basis, if you want to take break, then you can take break
after completion of ongoing project there will be no restrictions for our company.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Project should be completed within the deadline given by the company; if
you don’t submit your project within the stipulated time then you will be
disqualified.
2. If any extra or duplicate file found in the zip file, work will be rejected.

4. Type manually, use of any third party software is strongly prohibited.
5. Make separate document file for each image and name of every document
file must match with the name of corresponding image file.
6. If file is not typed as shown, then file will be rejected.

HOW TO START
First of all watch the demo video which I sent to you, after watching the video if
you are confident that you can do it as shown in the video, then reply me in in
email with your Freelancer or Fiverr Username, Country name and your decision
about the project (which project you have selected from the above four) and
follow the steps mention below.
1. Deposit the security fee according to the selected project in our Net teller or
Skrill Account.

2. After that fill out the Form (which I sent to you in the email).

3. You will get your work on your email address within 1-3 hours after submission
of form. Next assignment will be given after checking your accuracy and it will
take almost two days.

4. If the Typist wants to take the break in between, he/she will have to inform us
via email at the time of submission.

5. Payment will be made to your Neteller or Skrill Account within 48 hours after
the work submission.

SOME IMPORTANT POINTS

• You will receive and submit project via email.
• You will send us only soft copy of output files.
• You will get your accuracy report and payment within 48 hours after Submission
of your work.
• You will get your payment in your Net teller or Skrill Account within 48 hours.
• Project once chosen can be changed or upgraded later.

1. Every line should match with corresponding line in the image file.
2. Font should be “Times New Roman” and font size “10”. Heading font size
should be 13.
3. Make separate file for each image.
4. Always type the normal text; bold, italic in text part are not all required.
5. Put only 1 space between two words if there is needed. If there is no space
between two words in the conversation file then do not put any space between
those words.
6. Do not put any space or enter at the beginning or end of the page.
7. Do not put any space at the beginning or ending of a line.
