Importance: Definition
A person’s condition
with regard to their
psychological and
emotional well-being.
SYMPTOMS:

feelings of guilt

lows

PRECAUTIONS:

There are three types of prevention:

1. Primary preventions : stopping mental


health problems before they start
2. Secondary prevention : supporting those
at higher risk of experiencing mental health
problems
3. Tertiary prevention :helping people living
with mental health problems to stay well.
