INTRODUCTION
It has been observed that in the lucky mini mart has a difficulty to track the mart

expenses and accommodate the stocks of their product, due to luck of inventory

system on their establishment, which is sometimes cost them a big issue that

ending missing out on sales due to out-of-stock situations and inventory levels, In

a specific case like this, some staff members can also become frustrated, which

could have a negative effect on the establishments.

In a manufacturing business, inventory is not only the final product

manufactured and ready to sell, but also the raw materials used in production

and the semi-finished goods in the warehouse or on the factory floor. Inventory

management software is a software system for tracking inventory levels,

orders, sales and deliveries, It can also be used in the manufacturing industry to

create a work order, bill of materials and other production-related documents.

Companies use inventory management software to avoid product overstock and

outages. It is a tool for organizing inventory data that before was generally stored

in hard-copy form or in spread sheets.

The researchers will develop an “Lucky Mini Mart Inventory System” that

will allow the establishment to Keeping track of product sales and inventory levels

so that the establishment will no longer experience difficulties Maintaining a

balance between too much and too little inventory.


Statement of the Problem

 The establishment has a difficulty to track the mart expenses.

 The establishment cannot accommodate the stocks of their product.

 The establishment ending missing out on sales due to out-of-stock situations.

 Staff members can also become frustrated in a specific case like this.

Objectives

The General objective of this study is to create, design, and to develop the

Inventory System of the establishment so that the establishment itself can

accommodate the sales and their stocks and to keep track the establishment

expenses and stock.

 To develop a system that will keep tracking inventory levels, orders, sales and

deliveries,

 To develop a system so that the establishment itself know their monthly cost

and sales.

 To develop a system that will be avoid the product overstock and outages


SCOPE AND LIMATION OF THE STUDY

Scope of the Study

The purpose of research study which aims to provide the establishment

which the Lucky Mini Mart, with and accurate track of inventory levels,

orders, sales and deliveries, also that the establishment itself know their monthly

cost and sales, The admin is the only one can accesses the system program, the

admin is the one that can give report to the well said purpose of the system.

Limitation of the Study

The researcher of this study will be focusing only on the establishment,

Lucky Mini Mart. Other establishment that like a lot of well said establishment

cannot conclude. This system is only limited to establishment itself and only the

admin can access the system program.

The Luck Mini Mart inventory system will work as final product

manufactured and ready to sell, but also the raw materials used in production

and the semi-finished goods in the warehouse or on the factory floor. Inventory

management software is a software system for tracking inventory levels,

orders, sales and deliveries, It can also be used in the manufacturing industry to

create a work order, bill of materials and other production-related documents.

The system itself will work as the monitoring system of the establishment,

orders, sales and deliveries are monitored by the system to prevent some

product overstock and outages, and also the system itself will keep track of the,

The researcher used Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

model to implement the design, develop and, test high-quality software, to ensure

that the system has an outcome of one phase acts as the input for the next

phase sequentially.

Researcher gathers and analyse the process in terms of the manual operation

used by the establishment, the process of the system using the information that

researcher gather thus, to improve the operation the researcher used the system

Lucky Mini Mart.


System Design

the researcher made the system to maintain its functionality thigh even

overloading work, the database of the system can handle possible data that

expected in sufficient inventory levels, the system will be update if there any case

of technical problem.

Development

The researcher develops the system based on what the establishment requires

and what was the researcher analysis on the establishment issue.

Testing

The researcher tested the application to find errors and fix them along the way to

avoid technical issues with deployment times.

Deployment

The researcher piloted a demonstration was conducted to demonstrate that the

system under development meets the specified requirements. Therefore, in the

development of this system, admin restrictions are implemented according to the

admin’s access level.

Maintenance

After implementing the application, the developer maintains the hardware and

software, keeps the system up to date, and ensures that all parts are working

properly. The system is monitored by programmers, and if the system encounters

errors during operation, it will be repaired immediately.

The diagram shown is the systematic process of the existing system. Whereas,
customer will inquire products, if the customer will buy product it will proceed into
selecting order. After selecting order, the customer will proceed into cashier and
pay the amount, and lastly the product will be received by customers.

Conclusion

We make a conclusion, accomplish the objectives, and resolve issues in a

system. The system may handle things, add customers, add suppliers, and

generate sales reports, as well as other findings.

 Recommendation

Research will be able to upgrade the inventory system into an application

inventory system with an offline payment approach in order to improve it.
