OVERVIEW
SP Jain's Finance for Non-Finance Managers online course helps students enhance their financial statements
and terminology literacy while improving their understanding of how strategic decisions impact financial
metrics. Students will learn how revenues, costs and profits are allocated to products, customers and divisions.
The course teaches crucial methodologies of financial decision-making based on rigorous but intuitive
frameworks, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Economic Value Added (EVA).
Applying the learnings from this course will help you understand the financial dimensions of business and
prepare you to accelerate your career growth.

18 hours (3 weekends with 6 hours of learning intervention per day)

AUDIENCE

PROGRAM FACULTY 

DR ARINDAM BANERJEE

Dr Arindam Banerjee is an Associate Professor of Finance and the Assistant Dean for full-time MBA programs at
SP Jain School of Global Management's Dubai Campus. He also serves as a strategic advisory board member at
the Department of Finance, College of Business Administration at Ajman University. Additionally, he is on the
Board of Governors at Delhi Private School, Sharjah.
Dr Banerjee has been part of university teaching for the past 15 years. During his stint in various universities, he
has lectured in more than twenty countries across Asia, Africa and Australia. As an academic, he has
edited/authored over a dozen books in Finance.
In 2019, Dr Banerjee was recognised among the top 100 leaders in education by the Global Forum for Education
and Leadership (USA) for his continuous research contributions to higher education.
In 2021, Dr Banerjee won SP Jain's most prestigious Professor of the Year (2020-2021) award amongst all
professors from its five global campuses, including Dubai, Singapore, Australia and India.
Dr Banerjee holds two Master's degrees and a Doctoral Degree from the UK.
