    Dear HR Dept,

    I started off my career with APL as a third party accountant Dated ….. Since I was a graduate in
    accounting and finance and having sound grasp in accounts and site matters, I was promoted to Site In-
    charge position w.e.f (Date).

    Meanwhile, I had a passion for studies and applied to different universities in England to pursue by
    higher studies. Gratefully, I got an offer from “University Name” for their MS “Program” name.
    Therefore, I had to resign from my duties.

    I worked in APL with hard work and devotion. My Bonus and reward for my tenure 2019-2020 is still
    unclaimed. So I request APL to be kind enough to release my benefits for the year I remain on duty.
