Engr. Nazario “Junry” Concepcion Terrado II is a renowned Electronics Engineer as he was

awarded by the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines Inc. (IECEP). He is labeled
as the 2021’s Most Outstanding Electronics Engineer.

Being born at Caloocan, Manila, Philippines, Engr. Nazario earned his degree at UE College of
Engineering-Caloocan in Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering
(BS ECE).

Engr. Terrado passed his ECE licensure examination by the Professional Regulation Commission
(PRC) in April 2001 and gotten his Professional ECE license in May 2017.

He began to manifest his excellence after serving Accela Communications company which is a
prominent tier-1 US VoIP carrier for four years as a Business Development Manager for Internet
Protocol Telecommunications during 2007 to 2011. He assisted in the provision of VoIP and/or
Cloud services to BPOs and enterprise businesses in his home country by utilizing a stable and
reliable global telecommunication amenities and services.

During 2011 to 2015, for four years, Engr. Terrado started to work at Tecnomic Processors Pte
Ltd as the Manager of the ASEAN Regional Business Development. He and his team aimed at
the regional business process. He gathered technical sales group for the operational processes
and to oversee projects and other paper works of the company. He has also served excellence as
a subject matter expert in the ASEAN contact center and other telecommunications industries for
various unified communication.

Following that, from 2015 to 2019, he worked as the SaaS Cloud Division's Senior Solutions
Consultant for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Singapore's NCS-SingTel. He’s
been giving exceptional and outstanding service with regards to the Microsoft Company’s
projects for different governments and enterprises.

Engr. Terrado is a multi-award winner, having been named the Most Outstanding Alumni in
2019, the 2014 COL Financial Group's Brand Ambassador, the CBN Asia, iRemit, and the
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) award for the most outstanding Overseas
Filipino Worker, the first Huwarang OFW Award in 2015, and the Neptune Intelligence
Computer Engineering (NICE) Ltd of Israel's ASEAN Significant.

His family, friends, and Alma Mater are all proud of him for his accomplishments as the
Philippines' most recent and most renowned and outstanding Electronics Engineer.
