Being a project engineer, my main responsibilities are to mainly achieve all the important milestones in turnkey project
i.e. site acquisition, civil works, site acceptance visits, RFA details, BOQs, KPI reports & technical invoicing, budget & PO
consumption. And most importantly keeping good relation and building consensus among internal and external
business partners and stakeholders.
As a field service controller my duties were to monitor & control the FTTH deployment activities in
northern emirates including installation, technical support,joint troubleshooting with the relevant departments
to solve the critical issues faced by filed staff
As a network support engineer my duties were to deal with network issues of PTCL internal customers (NGN,
WLL, IPTV and Broadband) as well as complaints of external corporate customers at network operation center
(NOC) and taking remedial action for troubleshooting of different faults in coordination with other sections of
PTCL
