As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and on the occasion of the 76th

Independence Day, I extend my warm greetings to you all. On this day our
India became independent and our dream of living in an independent
country came true. Britishers have ruled in India for almost 200 years.
Under British rule, the lives of the people were miserable. Indians were
treated as slaves and had no rights to say anything to them. Indian rulers
were mere puppets in the hands of British officers..
Famous leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Bhagat
Singh, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Mangal Pandey, Dada
Bhai Naoroji fought fearlessly against the Britishers. Their contribution and
effort are, and always be remembered in India’s Independence history. India
achieved independence after years of struggle. It got complete freedom from
the British and secured full autonomy on 15th August 1947.
the first prime minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Sarojini Naidu,
Bhagat Singh and many such people who played a great role in aataining
independence for india delivered an eye-opening speech to the constituent
assembly on the eve of India’s Independence. Let’s have a small look at their
speeches. For this I would like to call upon my friends from clad 9 d to
present with the speech.
