Advice to student: at first he should think about the proposal he have got from teacher whether
he will accept that or not. After taking decision if he thinks that he would go for the proposal, he
should take it seriously in a legal way. He should make a contract with his teacher immediately.
There are some contract regulations he should follow up so that he won’t face any problem in
future.

Answer to the question number 2:

Advice Mr Kolimdad about his rights, duties and responsibilities as a negotiator according to
law-

As a ADR he should stay fair and honest to negotiate the matters in between two parties.

Apart from-

 He won’t have rights to reveal privacy of parties involed in disputation.

 He always should stay neutral while solving out the problems
 He should ask both parties regarding their interest and take decision in according to that.

My opinion on the scenario mentioned over question: yes, in according to my opinion this is an
absolute case of fraudness. Because it is clearly mentioned in the case that mairo was deceived
by allen. Mairo made the contract without knowing the true story of car purchasing.

Answer to the question no 4: advice to them according to law-

Since commercial dispute is not a out of business matters, they should be careful in case of
choosing arbitrator to resolve the problems in between Mr. kholif uddin and mr. lea.They should
go to a third party who can resolve this fact without thinking his benefits. Since it is not a legal
contract to have a arbitrator to solve any business related issue, they should be conscious about
that more so that the arbitrator would be honest one.
