For our service company is an app based service company thus we will get order through our app
that will developed , after getting order we will go to the clients house according to the serial
number of the orders we get. After getting the unwashed clothes from the clients we will attach a
printed order slip in the bag, then the unwashed clothes will be brought to our office. Where we
will attach serial number which is in the order slip which will be made of cloth to the unwashed
clothes. After that we need to sort the clothes according to the clients demand if they want us to
dry wash the clothes or simply wash the clothes or if someone has allergy problem we will need
to use detergent that is non allergic, and also sort clothes so that color from one cloth doesn’t
bleed to another cloth than we will wash the clothes on washing machine. After washing the
clothes we will dry the clothes then according to the serial numbers we will sort the clothes and
see if in the order the clients wanted to iron their clothes or not for them . Then we will package
the clothes and then we will deliver the clothes to the clients by home delivering also.
The inventory control system operate
The inventory control system for our company will be perpetual inventory system which means
it continuously updates inventory records and accounts for additions and subtractions when items
are received or given back to the customer. The reason why our company will use perpetual
inventory system because our company is service oriented company and to stay updated with
how many clothes are we getting to wash and iron we have to be updated or else we will lose
track of what amount to charge the customer. Our inventory control system will be depended on
the serial numbers of the order slip that will be generated in the app this serial number will be
attached to the clothes after bringing them to the office than washed and then again sorted
according to the serial number than packaged and delivered according to the serial number in the
order slip.
Steps for business transitions
We know that our company is a service based company so our company does not have a
chronological steps involved for our customers we charge in many different ways by cash on
delivery system, Bkash and Rocket. For transaction with suppliers of detergent and slips and
other products that are needed we use cash, Bkash or Rocket to pay them for their good or
product that we buy from them.
Physical plant
For our company we will need three rooms one room for our distribution center and for
controlling, second room for administrative purposes and the third room for maintaining washing
storing and for drying.

Machinery and Equipment

In order to provide quality customer service, laundry business requires advanced, effective and
fast laundry facilities. A great deal of equity is necessary to start, but without much repairs and
maintenance, a washing business can fund itself. The machinery and equipment are that we are
using are given below.
1. Heavy Duty Washing Machine-
The idea of the washing machine is fundamental – it stirs garments in soapy suds and water to
remove any debris or blemishes until it spins to drain water after the cycle. The external drum is
fastened by strong springs to the framework of the instrument. That is why they can shake the
drum violently as the clothes spin; the springs help counteract the movements. The deodorant
tray at the top enters hot and cold water. The internal motor is turning around.
2. Dry Cleaner Machine-
The clothing is then put into an engine and sunk into a non-water-based solution when it is pre-
spotted. The dress is then rotated in a perforated cylindrical device where the cleaning solvent is
continually released during the whole process. The system swings its clothes quickly from there
to get rid of excess solvents and activates hot air. The fabrics appear dry.
3. Iron-
Ironing is using a heated machine to remove wrinkles from the cloth, usually using an iron tool.
The heat typically reaches between 356 and 428 Fahrenheit (180–220 °C), based on the content.
4. Laundry Table-
Its use for doing laundry works such as ironing the clothes, storing the clothes etc.

This how the computer works in our laundry services.

Mobile phones are using to communicate with the customers as we are providing online services.

Names of Suppliers of Raw Materials

In our laundry business, our raw materials are detergents, trichloroethylene (perchloroethylene)
and fabric-softener. We buy these from random wholesale shops. There are so many wholesale
shops near our office area. So, it is relatively easy for us to buy that raw materials.

 Equipping the staff members to collect the clothes from the homes. Taking the supplies from the
suppliers at the correct time so that the service can be provided to the customers without any delay.
 Equipping the staff members to put the clean clothes on the doorstep as per the customer convenience.
 Providing the laundry service as per the expectations of the customers, using the latest technology and
delivering the service at the correct time mentioned by the customers.
 We will focus on maintaining a standardized to highlight the hygiene in the business and this will help
us attract attract the customers.
 The human resources which relevant talent to meet the requirement of the laundering services can be
recruited and staffed.
 Latest technology in the laundering can be adopted in order to do laundering effectively and manage
time effectively.
 Management of the proper information system through effective database management system will
enable the management of this organization to manage data effectively.
 The organization would focus more on the customer service, customer satisfaction and timely delivery
of the laundry.

Flow of orders for goods and services :

The flow will be maintained using computerized system. People can order for laundry service from
online and our staff will pick the laundry from them and then wash or iron as per requirement and
after completing the laundry work our delivery man will deliver the laundry to the desired customer.
As we are online based shop our each and every data will me stored in our computers which will allow
us to locate our regular customers and provide them the service easily. Our services will take a day or
two to operate depending on the rate of laundry we have each day .Therefore we will take 3 days time
from our customers when receiving the product to ensure that there is no delay. Our delivery man will
go out in the morning everyday with the laundry and finish delivering them by evening as per the
orders and customer requirement.
