How to access HELPLINE and ACR portal while working over VPN
1. Once you are connected to VPN through ZSCALER, you can open Internet Explorer on your
HOME COMPUTER
2. Enter following URL of portal based on your requirement

To Access ACR: To raise request for Project Folder, Department Drive and Internet access
http://ltslnet.lntsnl.com:1000/acr

To Access HELPLINE: To raise request for IT support


http://ltslapps.lntsnl.com:7000/helpline/default.aspx
3. While you are prompted for ID and Password, use you Login ID (XXXSNL OR PS No.) and your
login/mailbox password.

If you are accessing your office computer over VPN, these portals can be accessed as usual on your
office computer also.

How to RESTART the office computer on your own while working over VPN
CAUTION:
IF YOU HAVE REMOVED THE BOOT PASSWORD, THEN ONLY RESTART PC. ELSE PC WILL NOT BOOT
UP WITHOUT ENTERING BOOT PASSWORD

If you have removed the boot password, follow below steps to restart your computer on your own

1. Go to G:\SNL\Temp\QuickResponse\RestartComp folder

2. Copy the shortcut “Restart” available in this folder


3. Paste it to your office computer’s desktop or in D: drive
4. Double click on this shortcut when you want to restart your computer
5. Wait for some time and take remote again using “MSTSC” command

How to use Mobile with Office provided Desktop for Internet connection
1. This works for Android mobiles
2. Go to settings and enable “USB Tethering” on your mobile device. This option may be under
different menu item as per your mobile device manufacturer
3. Connect the mobile device with office provided Desktop using data cable
4. Open Internet Explorer on your desktop
5. Click Tools – Internet Options – Connections – LAN Settings
6. Remove the check mark for option “Use a proxy server….. “
7. Close the browser and open again to start browsing

How to change your login password


1. Please ensure that you have logged off from your ZSCALER VPN (click on TURN OFF against
service status)
2. Please browse https://fsadhelp.lntsnl.com:9251 using Internet Explorer on your local
(Home) computer
3. You will get following intimation on your screen. Please expand “More Information” and
continue to browse the page

4. When you get the page of “ADSelfService Plus” and prompted for User Name & Password,
enter your login ID as (it could be either XXXSNL or <PS NO>), password as your Windows
login / Mailbox password and click on “Login” button.

5. To change the password, you will get the below screen. Take a note of password criteria
mentioned in blue box. Enter old password, new password (matching the criteria) in
respective fields and ensure that you retype the same new password in “Confirm New
Password” field.

USERS WITH PERMANENTLY ALLOTTED LAPTOP FROM OFFICE SHALL NOTE BELOW
Once you change your login password, it does not get reflected on your local laptop till you
connect it back to office network. So to log on to your laptop you have to use old password
only. The changed password is to be used for all other services e.g. Mailbox, IBOMIS, Helpline,
ACR, mPower, SSC, MyZone etc. While WFH, the changed password shall be used to connect
to Virtual Computer Slice provided to you.
