Performance in Islamic Banks

Abstract:
This research paper aims to study the impact of training on the performance of employees
in Islamic Bank. Advanced knowledge, competences, and enhanced skills in employees have
been shown to be a core competency for corporations. As most of the bank employees
direct interact with customers, these assets perform a crucial impact in customer
satisfaction and retention. To confront the difficulties of a competitive business
environment, organizations must have well-performing workforce. Banks are continuously
on the brink for methods to build healthy and strong relationships with their customers.
Development attributes help to determine which behavioural qualities are most suited to
banking in terms of performance and efficiency. Learning is an emphasis on strengthening
an employee's future accountability capacities, and training and development is an initiative
by a company to support the education of its employees. The meaning, beliefs, practices,
attitude, and behaviour involved in investing in training and development in order to
improve organizational knowledge and skills are referred to as training culture. Training and
development play a critical role in improving employee performance and obtaining higher-
quality qualified personnel, and to accomplish this, organizations need to provide effective
training to their employees so that they may improve their knowledge, abilities, and
attitudes through effective training. As a result, banks are able to attract more business from
their qualified employees.
