3、安全注意事项 Security considerations

1、折包检验：打开设备的包装，请检查产品配件，包括：主机一台、使用手册

一本。检查设备是否在运输中损坏，如发现损坏或配件缺失，请勿开机，告知承

运商和经销商。

found, please do not turn on the machine and inform the carrier and dealer.
4、安装 、贮存注意事项 Installation and storage precautions

输入线和输出线要分清，防止接错。

Input line and output line to distinguish, prevent the wrong.

安装设备应由专业人员操作，或由当地经销商协助完成。

Installation of equipment should be a professional operation, or performed by the

local distributor to assist.

电池正极和负极要正确，电池电压要与机器号码纸一致。

The positive and negative to correct batteries, battery voltage is consistent with

the paper machine number.

设备从低温环境移到高温环境中，可能出现水珠，使用前需待其完全干燥，

以确保安全。

Equipment in high temperature environment, the low temperature environment

不要将设备暴露在潮湿、易燃易爆或者粉尘大量聚集等恶劣环境中;不要覆盖

6、操作说明 Operation declaration

(1)光伏逆变器一体机显示 Solar Inverter controller display

面板 LCD 显示图示说明：LCD 显示与功能键操作界面，可显示设备的工作状态，

如：输入/输出电压、频率、市电模式、逆变模式、蓄电池容量、负载容量、警

示提示等：

(2)工作模式说明 Working mode that

市电优先模式下，设备启动后，在市电输入正常的情况下，设备通过市电旁路
稳压来给负载提供电力，同时给蓄电池组补充电量；当市电出现过高/低/严重
失真等异常情况时，设备将蓄电池组的能量通过内部模块转换为高品质的电力
提供给负载。
市电优先模式
Mains priority mode, the device starts, the mains input under normal

蓄电池优先模式下，设备首次启动，在市电输入正常的情况下，设备为市电优
先模式运行，但不对蓄电池组补充电量。当蓄电池组在外部充电装置（如太阳
能充电系统）充足电量后，设备自动转为蓄电池组的能量通过内部模块转换为
高品质的电力提供给负载；当蓄电池电量下降到低电压阈值后，设备又通过市
电旁路稳压来给负载提供电力，但不对蓄电池组补充电量。此模式主要针对新
能源发电系统设计（如风力发电系统）。
蓄电池优先模式 Preferred battery mode, the device for the first time started, the mains

节能模式下，设备不运转，进入休眠状态，最低损耗3-5W；手动按下ECO 按钮，
取消节能模式，机器正常输出。

节能模式下，设备运转，只通过市电给电池储能，AC 旁路功能不工作，手动按

7、维护与保养 Maintenance and maintenance

蓄电池只需经常保持充电以获得期望寿命。

Battery charged just keep for life expectancy.

若长期不使用设备，建议每隔4-6 个月充电一次。正常情况下，蓄电池使用寿

命为 3-5 年，若发现状态不佳，则必须提早更换。

once every four to six months. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the

battery for 3 to 5 years, that the poor condition, it must be early replacement.

更换蓄电池时，必须由专业人员执行。 蓄电池不宜个别更换 ，整体更换时应

遵守蓄电池供应商的指示。

连接蓄电池线时，在接头处出现小火花属于正常现象，不会对人身安全及设

备造成危害。千万不可将蓄电池正负极短接或反接！

8、简易故障的判断及处理 Simple fault judgment and processing

警告：机器内部有高压！不要自行打开，试图做维修或保养，
以免造成电击危险！
