INSTRUCTIONS: The learners will be grouped into four (4). Each group will be given a
cartolina which include each of the three (3) leadership style inside the illustration. Each
group will also be given a set of questions (10), the group members must write the
QUESTION NUMBER inside the appropriate illustration (LEADERSHIP STYLE). The
groups are given three (3) minutes to finish the activity and write their answers on the
appropriate LEADERSHIP STYLE in the illustration. The group with the highest points
will be declared the winner.
Group Activity Questions:

1. The goal of this leader is to have many different options from various perspectives.

2. The owner of a small electronic store starts every day by telling the three employees
what must be done and how to do it.

3. This free flow of ideas, strengthened by differing viewpoints reflects the diversity of
the team. This may lead to decisions being made that have been held to higher
standards of scrutiny.

4. A small department performs the same functions every day. To get information out,
the supervisor sends it by email or voice mail, very rarely is a meeting called.

5. This leadership style grants the followers a high level of autonomy.

6. A sales manager who sets sale goals then implements corrective measures for
employees who fail to meet these goals instead of working with them to improve
sales figures.

7. They prefer to set their objectives, plan of action, processes and methods
independently.

8. Leaders are more inclined to speak rather than listen.

9. People are expected to solve their own problems.

10. Leaders have an attitude of trust and reliance on their employees.
