    Dear Baranggay Officials:

    Having lot of knowledge starts from your Barangay, Good morning. Me and my brother
    would like to propose a LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS/PROGRAM to enrich the people in
    skills and enhanced their hidden ability. The livelihood program is a symposium with the
    Theme: COOKING delicious and affordable foods. A one-day activity that can
    awaken the mind and the skills of everybody about cooking. By this, not just the person
    with profession but also the person unemployed is the beneficiary of the skill to be
    enact.

    By the said program/event it is very useful not just in a certain work but in everyday life.
    Maybe it can help the unemployed person to start a business in Cooking. We highly
    aiming for the change, enhancement, and enactment of traditional basic aspect of every
    Filipino. And as a youth we humbly encourage the barangay official to approve/agree
    with regards of our proposal.
