Domain Background
• We need a system which is helpful in managing and maintaining all of the events which
cost us a lot of time if we done it manually.

Existing System
• Existing system for event management is all on paper work.
• All information about any upcoming event or an event which have been over is all on
registers and files.
• All of the work is done manually by hand.

Problem Statement
• In manual system, it is very difficult to maintain these big bulks of work.
• Results in facing difficulty in maintaining teams and giving them tasks. It's really difficult
to keep an eye on all of the tasks.
• Due to big load of work, its really difficult in creating reports off all the events and
facing difficulty in maintaining all the reports of proposed tasks of teams.

Purposed System
• To overcome all of these difficulties, we have proposed our system named as Event
Management System through which all of this work is shifted from manual paper work
to database system.
• It will help us to take a look at all the management team and all the events are under
supervision of admin.

Scope
• Can create or cancel a new event.
• Update information of past events or ongoing events.
• Can create new teams for a event.
• Can propose teams with their specific tasks.
• All of the teams can generate reports collectively.
• Individual reports can also pe generated.
• Can book avenues.
• Can create bill according to financial reports.
