Why we use this technique?
A direct technique that can be used in both problem analysis and
requirements Elicitation designed to gain an understanding of real
problems. An interview is one of the most popular investigation
technique used by Business Analysts. It is a qualitative investigation
technique where the interviewer formally or informally asks questions to
a stakeholder to obtain answers that will be used to create formal
requirements. One-on-one face-to-face interviews are most common. We
cannot use another technique like workshop and story board because
Interview is useful to obtain detailed information about personal
feelings, perceptions and opinions. It allow more detailed questions to be
asked.it usually achieve a high response rate.

First we get order from customer and then we will create new products
of iron and steel.

We will produce Sponge iron, Pig Iron, Cold Blast, Anthracite iron,
blooms steel, ingots steel, slabs steel, billets etc.

We have metallurgy department, mechanical department, electrical
department, finance department and administrative department.

We can regularly check on customer order, customer payment, tracking
sale, employees’ salaries, and daily expenses of mill. Documents
financial transactions by entering account information

Accountant check order then send to chief financial officer and
accounting manager they send that order to production house for

Customer can transfer their bill into account through any bank or
customer directly pays their bill.

What is responsibility of Chief Financial officer?

Chief Financial Officer verifies all the tracking sale, customer bill.

Chief financial officer and accounting manager track the sale.

Manger will investigate an administrative coordinator for order.

First of all order sent to us we will get different scarp for making order.

As Project supervisors make sure all aspects of a project are completed
smoothly in metallurgy department.

What problem do you face while making order?

While making order we will face different problem like at the end the
product finishing in low quality, poor quality, or damage.

Metallurgy Engineer work to see all sintering metal, making metal,
finishing metal in the steel mill.

Foreman check and balance while product is creating and make sure that
worker’s works in right direction.

We will check and control the coke oven, blustfurnance, electric arc,
casting and metal rolling.

As a supervisor I will check department progress, all employees working
in right direction and responsible all electric control.

There are 70 employees in our department.
