Ammars Company Limited was founded in South Sudan in 2007 with Company Headquarters
located at Ngongi street block A1, Ammars House, 1st floor. Ammars Company Limited was
incorporated in South Sudan on the 22nd of March, 2010 and Issued Certificate of Incorporation
(Reg. No 7649) and Tax Identification Certificate (TIN No B202108135J3MLV).

The Owners of the company are; 1. Mr. Bereket Petros (98%) Eritrean and 2. Mr. Bakhiet
Awad Mohammed Suleiman (2%) South Sudanese.

Since its inception, Ammars has successfully completed many building projects 1 and continues to
be a leading and most trusted construction company in South Sudan.

having more than 10 years’ experience. This pool of experts has enabled us to undertake many
infrastructure projects for big Non-Governmental organizations in South Sudan including the
World Bank Group, United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Mission in
South Sudan (UNMISS), World Food Programme (WFP), International Organization on
Migration(IOM), International Committee of the Red Cross(ICRC) etc
