Good morning ladies and gentleman very warm welcome on behalf of my PSSEMR family to
our new faces for the most awaited event WELKOM FIESTA 2021.

“God answers every prayer when the idea is not right God says no
When the time has not arrived God says Slow
We have good plan for ourselves, but god has better plans for us.”

We as your seniors are over joyed to have all the fresher’s at this grand place going, by this
I would like to congratulate these new faces who have successfully cleared their previous
levels and stepped into this new world of learning and fun.
“It is mark of our undying tradition to invoke the almighty at the beginning of an
important event like the great philosopher once said the function of prayer is not to
influence god but rather to change the nature of one who prays”
Now I would like to welcome CBSE students for the invocation song.
Thank you we all feel blessed indeed.

I was just wondering if life is like a game, like those we have in our phone, just like these
games are divided into different levels our life has different stages each level has its own
difficulties but crossing them is what makes us veteran.
Now the moment has come, to start the hunt for our MASTER FRESHER and MISS FRESHER.
So here let me start by introducing the competition by which we would be selecting the
MASTER FRESHER and MISS FRESHER for this year.
The competition has three rounds as you all know.
The first round will be a dance battle.
So let spark the fire within us and get ready for this challenging and overjoying event.

So rules and regulations for this round are as follows:

1. Time limit is 2-3 minutes.
2. Participants will be judged on their costumes, visual presentation and dance form.
3. There is no particular theme.
4. Choice of song is open to participant.
5. Any obscene/offensive song is not allowed, if any such performance is observed, the
participant will be eliminated from the competition.
6. The decision of judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.

“Practice like you have never won,

Perform like you have never lost.”

“You can cage the singer but not the song”

With this I would like to start the second round which would be a singing competition.
Here I present the rules and regulations for this round:
1. Choice of song is open to participant.
2. The time limit cannot exceed more than 4 minutes.
3. Any obscene/offensive song is not allowed, if any such performance is observed, the
participant will be eliminated from the competition.
4. Participants will not be allowed to refer to the lyrics while singing.
5. Judges will judge the performance on the basis of lyrics, pitch, presentation and song
selection.
6. The decision of judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.

With this let me take you all to the last round of this competition
That will be a personality round.
This round will have the following events among which the participants can choose
according to their interest.
Following are the events;
1. Talent Show
2. JAM
3. Truth
4. Dare
5. Situation
6. Quiz
7. Monoact
8. Mime
“Every champion was once a contender that refused to give up.”
With this I would like to end the competition.
The results will be declared in the evening session.
