TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY: -

1. Price Quoted: The above prices are quoted inclusive of Export Sea Worthy packing
FOB New Delhi India .

2. Freight, Insurance & all Bank Charges outside India on your (buyers) account.

3. Supervision charges of our engineers for installation, commission and training of your operator,
charges shall be USD 250/ day. The boarding and Lodging of our Engineer should be borne by the Buyer
and the Buyer will have to arrange all the technicians & operators. The engineer can be deputed from
any country or location as per availability. Visa and up & down charges have to be arranged by the buyer.

4. Delivery: Shall complete along with air compressor within 8 weeks or earlier after
getting the confirmed order and 40% advance by TT. The plant and machinery shall be supplied or
shipped from any of our warehouse/factory/OEM’s at Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore, UAE, Asia, Europe or
any other.

5. Mode of payment of the plant:

• 50% advance TT (Bank wire transfer) for allotment of order confirmation booking number.
• Balance 50% by TT prior to dispatch when goods are ready after 3rd Party SGS
CERTIFICATION/INSEPCTION for quality & quantity.

6. Partial Shipment allowed.

7. Validity: This offer is Valid till 30th June 2021 only for above price & delivery time quoted .

8. Standard Warranty Clause: Standard Warranty 15 Months from the date of
invoicing/dispatch as per standard terms and conditions. Further our standard terms of supply
subject to Delhi jurisdiction only are applicable due to any reason whatsoever. Universal shall
pass over/endorse all the warranty certificate of all the bought out items like compressors,
motors etc. from our OEM’s in anywhere in Asia or the world etc. without consequential claim &
copy shall also accompany the goods/operation manual. Due to our outsourcing policy to ensure
good quality and workmanship the warranty of the OEM vendors of specialized equipments
shall be applicable against any manufacturing defects as per the standard terms of warranty no
consequential damage given/implied other then repair/replacement due to any reason
whatsoever . Our company shall give a quality certificate / warranty.

9. SHIPPING DOCUMENTS:
o Invoice of the manufacturer shall be issued directly from UNIVERSAL ING.L.A BOSCHI
OXYGEN PLANTS P LTD / UNIVERSAL INDUSTRIAL PLANTS MFG. CO. P LTD .
o Bill of lading shall be issued directly from manufacturer in favor of buyer
o Packing list shall be issued directly from the manufacturer
o Origin of goods is new Delhi, India
o CE/ISO Certificates.
10. Force Majeure: Clause standard is applicable including any act of God strike, war, fire,
accident, delays by vendor or any reason beyond the control of the seller (As per the standard
terms and condition of supply) shall be applicable.

11. Manuals and Documentation: 2 sets of plant instruction manuals in English language
and plant diagrams.
