    Lift Pump Pressure :

    Required Tools:
    5PSI while lift pump is running 3164621 – 0.043” ORIFICED WASTELINE
    Maximum Inlet Restriction (Check at high idle with 3164618 – M12Banjo Flow Adapter
    WASTELINE): 3164325 – HP Blocking Tool
    10 inHg max at gear pump inlet (USE 0.043” ORIFICED 3824842 – M10 COMPUCHECK Fitting
    WASTELINE at 2um filter outlet). 3376859 – CUC Fitting Quick Disconnect
    6 inHg max at OEM connection point (dirty filter).
    2 Micron Fuel Filter Delta pressure = 20 psi (1.5 KgCm2 )
    Leakage at Cranking (Max):
    -Pump Head: 200cc in 30 sec MDV = “Fuel Rail Minimum Electric lift pump
    Pressure Relief Valve”
    -Injectors: 100cc in 30 sec 5PSI at gear pump inlet (NO WASTELINE)
    **Note: 2 Stage MDV –
    -MDV: 30 drops per Minute ** Minimum Gear Pump Pressure (Cranking):
    MDV will have
    Leakage using INSITE 1500 excessive leakage if
    tripped. 11PSI at filter outlet (NO WASTELINE)
    bar test point with engine at
    idle speed (Max): **Fix any fault code Minimum Gear Pump Pressure (Engine
    -Pump Head: 300 cc in 30 sec 1117, 271, 272, 2311, Running):
    or 449 before replacing
    -Injectors: 300 cc in 45 sec a leaking MDV. 70 PSI at filter outlet (USE 0.043” ORIFICED
    WASTELINE at 2um filter outlet).
    -MDV: 30 drops per Minute**
