This document is a vision document and should not be

considered a specification. It only helps to present MetaPets
project to potential investors.

1 The Metaverse

The metaverse, an exciting and spellbinding new world where all

things are possible. Current metaverse development is centered on
addressing technological limitations with virtual and augmented reality
devices.

You can do virtually anything, but in a world where things are vast,
sometimes you might get lonely through all of that space. This is why
we're building MetaPets, an innovative place where your new best
friend is born.

2 Introducing MetaPets

MetaPets aims to be a first step in bringing love and companionship

to the metaverse in a personalized way, allowing users to become
owners of pets of their design. Never again do you have to worry about
the painful feelings that come with loss.

Allergic to cats but love them? Fulfill your heart's wish to own your cat,
made into an NFT, where the colors, sizes, and loveable furriness are
customizable into your forever friend.

MetaPets aims to make your MetaPet adaptable to the virtual designs

of the metaverse. Interoperable into other worlds, you can show your
dog off in a dog show, have your prize cow produce milk to sell, and
race your trophy-winning horse in a competition, all while earning a
passive income from your MetaPets Investment.

What if you could own a pet that would be with you forever? Always
there for you, always loving, always happy to see you. The concept is
not so hard to imagine, especially now, when you envision your pet in a
digital world in the metaverse.

 It has inspired us to think about
the relationship between real pets
you adopt in the real world and
ones that will always be with you
in the Metaverse.

Your best friend is with you when

you’re sad, lonely, or tired and just
want to be together. Never again
will you lose your pet and have to
deal with the grief and hardship of
loss.

It's hard to get over the sadness, the loss, hard to feel like a new pet
won't leave you too. But imagine you could own a forever pet in the
metaverse. You can still have a friendship or be a family together in the
metaverse. You can easily find pet owners who may suffer the same
situation you have, and you can help each other get through the pain
together. It's the starting point that we thought of when thinking about
our pets, the possibilities to be together forever, which is why we
created this project – MetaPets.

With the changes in global lifestyles and people adopting new ways to
be creative while they are stuck at home, it may not be entirely random
that 2021 was the year that people started talking seriously about the
metaverse. During the pandemic, so many things have gone digital
from necessity—from being social to shopping, that it sometimes felt as
if we were halfway into the metaverse already.

 Before that, Virtual Reality (VR) seemed like the most realistic way to
push us to a transition into a reality-based digital world. We’ll continue
to see attempts to shift focus towards VR with headsets; however, once
we are more comfortable wearing powerful devices and things like this
go more mainstream, it’s game over. Or could it possibly be interpreted
differently? More like GAME ON.

In doing so, there will be different layers of reality that we will be

experiencing, even in the same environment or physical space that
slowly shifts us like we have been with our phones—passively, in a
physical environment while mentally into a digital one. Yet, this is just
the beginning, because beyond a phone, our whole bodies will be fully
engaged, and that’s where the metaverse starts to get interesting—
where all things are possible, and a new and imaginative world with our
friends and companions.

In this place, we genuinely begin to explore and live in these alternate

realities simultaneously with our eternally loyal and loving MetaPets.

Thanks to the level of resolution and quality of today’s technology, the

metaverse may appear as natural as in real life. However, it’s all
pointing toward a more immersive entertainment experience that
engages all of our senses while staying true to a creator’s vision, for
instance, the ability to have a secondary existence in a virtual world
with your beloved pets. Owners can outfit their pets, train and breed
them, show them off at the national dog show, and place them on a
pedestal for others to envy.

3 Project Goals and Vision
Our team believes that the metaverse will fundamentally change how
we use technology to interact. Users will be able to digitize their real-
world physical surroundings and interact with each other as life-like
human selves instead of cartoonish avatars in pre-built virtual worlds.
And MetaPets aims to provide the first digitalized virtual pets for the
metaverse.

Our goal for the future is for MetaPets to be the ultimate platform
to create and manage pets, and it will be the first game, the first
customizable virtual pets in this highly advanced, fast-changing digital
world.

Our vision is to see that our project adds to the

growth and value of the metaverse. It will indeed be
interoperable and open—meaning that down the road,
an owner will be able to use their MetaPets in other
games/metaworlds that we, or anyone else out there,
create. So, for example, your pet from MetaPets could be
pulled into a training camp, a dog park, or any other
type of game someone wants to build on different
worlds in the metaverse without necessarily needing
permission. Our community happiness is our number
one priority and everything we build will be to reward
our loyal community.

What is MetaPets NFT?

 Our NFTs will be used to play in our current games, which are played

through the MetaPets app. And the future VR / AR / 3D games, not to

mention the metaverse game in our final stage.

MetaPets 2D NFTs will launch on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) for a start

and will be airdropped to token holders; more info on this will be made

available to our community once it's close to launch date.

MetaPets 3D NFTs will be bridged into Ethereum blockchain. There will

be an airdrop and public minting once it goes live.

 What are MetaPets Games?

MetaPets Games will be a way to engage the community and help

them build relationships in a fun and competitive way. NFT games
where you can train your MetaPet, dress them, and breed them are
some of the many ways you will be able to constantly give love and
care to your new friend. We know that competitions are practical,
simple ways to build community, which is everything in projects,
especially ones where you can eventually interact with other
community members in the metaverse.

5 MetaPets 3D Wireframe

A 3D wireframe model is an edge or skeletal representation of a real-

world object. 3D wireframe models consist of points, lines, arcs, circles,
and other curves that define the edges or center lines of objects. You
can use a 3D wireframe model to generate basic 3D designs for
evaluation and fast design iterations.

With MetaPet’s wireframes, users will be able to get a representation

of their pets and surroundings into the Metaverse, with the ability to
move objects in the Metaverse from one place to another.

We intend to work with other projects and business partners to

accomplish this and we're already working towards making this a
reality.

6 Project Dapps

What is Meta Dapps?

All noteworthy projects have Dapps to bring investors accessibility

and user-friendliness. MetaPets will have some of the most innovative
and creative Dapps with multiple use cases built especially for users to
create their own realities and confidently navigate the MetaPets
platform. Everything from a swap Dex, a marketplace and a custom
launchpad all supported by our staff and dedicated team, who will be
there to assist you 24/7. Some of our Dapps include

companion for the metaverse. Where you can customize your own

pet based on your preferences.

own custom MetaPet, adopt any traits you want to make them

unique, brag about your pet on MetaPets social media, and sell or

swap it on the marketplace

MetaPets Breeding Dapp:

Breed your customized NFT MetaPets to your liking until it satisfies

all of your needs and desires. MetaPets members can even mix two

breeds of the same pet entirely on the blockchain to create a one-

of-a-kind, never-before-seen offspring. Then, an owner can choose

which of each pet's traits you'd like to keep to make the ultimate pet

represent yourself or your real-life pet.

 7 PrizeFund Wallet

This is where things get very special. We know our community will
want to show off their pets, and what better way to do that than by
holding contests, tournaments, and games for your prized poodle? So
our PrizeFund wallet will collect taxes on every buy and sell in token
volume to reward our NFT MetaPet owners when they participate in a
collaborative contest for big cash prizes.

We are in the early stages of development and will share our vision
along the way within our social media circles. Shhh… it’s a secret for
now! But we will launch telegram riddles, quests, and mini-games to
help you understand more. We can’t give up all the good stuff just yet!

8 MetaPets Final Stage

Even though we have already started working to integrate MetaPets

into the metaverse, our final stage is the most complex, and thus, will
take more time to complete. Eventually, your pet will be able to
participate in other worlds across different platforms, excited to be with
you, just like in the real world. Our virtual reality games are currently in
development along with MetaPets’ own VR headset, designed by a
team of highly skilled and experienced technicians.

meet in the metaverse together, and, for example, start a breeding
program for dogs, shelters for kittens, or just come together with other

9 MetaPets Token

The MetaPets token is the governance and utility token for our
ecosystem, which will fuel the use of our products. It has a total
supply of 100 QUADRILLION tokens and it's built on Binance Smart
Chain as a Bep20 token. The MetaPets token will serve as payment
options. Users get rewarded while using our products.

We’re working to make sure our products are solid, and as long as
they’re working, the MetaPets token will always be here. No other
token will be created for any product of ours and the MetaPets
token will have a bridge to other chains as we continue to make
progress.
