    Data Collection

    This study will utilite a semi-structured interview to assimilate the participants’ viewpoint on
    exploring the impacts of anime on young adults. This method of interview encourages to
    measure the abilities of a structured interview, which allows interviewers to compare candidates
    on the same set of questions (Wehrli, 2022). A semi-structured interview creates a more
    deliberate, intentional, and standardized process for interviewers to leverage their time with
    candidates more productively (Howard, 2019).

    Data Analysis
    Once data has been collected, thematic analysis will be used to analyze the data accordingly. It
    is a method that involves reading through data sets such as transcripts (Martinex, 2018). The
    goal of thematic analysis is to identify the patterns in the data that are important or interesting.
    This is convenient in summarizing key features of a large data set (Ellis, 2022).
