Methodology

Qualitative approach

This study will choose Quantitative research. It is a research method that focuses on collecting and
analyzing quantifiable data to draw conclusions and make predictions. It involves using statistical and
mathematical methods to analyze data, which is usually obtained through the research process (Jain,
2023). The aim of Quantitative research is to examine situations or events that have an impact on
people, researchers utilize quantitative methodologies. Basically, concerned with facts and verifiable
information which designed to capture numerical data when looking at a particular group in a population
like customer demographic to help find batter key roots of customer behaviors (Adam, 2022/2023).
Quantitative research generates unbiased data that can be explained in detail using statistics and figures.
We carry out this in a methodical, scientific manner so that other people can duplicate the studies
(Willams, 2021).

Sampling Strategy

Under the probability sampling This study will focus on systematic sampling. It is a probability sampling
method for obtaining a representative sample from a larger population according to a random starting
point but with a fixed, parodic interval (Hayes, 2023). Systematic sampling is smaller and straightforward
then other sampling. It is more conducive in covering wide study area and easy to execute and
understand in terms of surveys with tight budget constraints (Ross, 2021).
